Health isn't a 'One Size Fit's all'
It all started when I joined kickboxing classes in year 12 and fell in love with the training and how fit I became. I ended up becoming an instructor which fuelled my passion to become a personal trainer. I worked full-time in an office while I attended my PT course every Saturday and Sunday until I was fully qualified. I then worked in several gyms (sometimes working 3 jobs) eagerly trying to learn everything I could. Over the years of training hundreds (if not thousands) of people it became apparent to me that something was missing. My female clients were being faced with obstacles which was affecting their training and nutrition. I knew I had to dig deeper to understand the inner workings of Women's Health. I've educated myself through courses, worked one on one with mentors and I still engage in weekly educational workshops with industry leaders to ensure my knowledge is up-to-date with this ever evolving industry.
I truly believe that your health is the pillar on which everything else is built. When our health is good, we can handle stress better, we have the energy to workout, can make better food choices, we are better partners, parents and kinder humans in general.
Health isn't a one size fit's all, and what works for one person won't necessarily work for the next. This is why I'm so passionate about working WITH you, not against you, so we can harness your individual needs and make you the healthiest version of yourself.
